game wont run for some reason

Try repairing the install.  A few times the anti cheat thing seems to get in the way and not install / load properly.

Imagine how boring it is even if you want to play PUBG to have to wait for others to finish their round only to know that you are then going to die the moment someone spots you, and then you'll rinse and repeat.

Not playing at the moment because timings never seem to line up currently (Mrs Storm always seems to want to watch TV at gaming times, which means I cannot come onto TeamSpeak because I'm sat right next to the TV, without TS it's just not the same)
And also hooked on playing SWBFII.

An interesting analysis of how "netcode" can affect a game

Unfortunately, and it is a real shame to have to say this as someone who has supported Battalion from the outset, but at the moment this game cannot be recommended for NTHW.  :(

The accuracy whilst aim down sight bunnyhopping is impossibly accurate for those few who master the movement.  The amount of height or distance a player can jump is far beyond reality (a low gravity space sim would be more appropriate).  You might expect that this level of accuracy whilst moving is a cheat but no, there are plenty of tutorials as to how to do it.  We can expect a bit of arcade type movement and fast scoping or something, but the overall combination takes it far beyond what is reasonable, and what your brain associates with plausibility.

Yep, after 10 mins of the onslaught it was enough to put me off, sorry I could't take it any more :(

Not your fault at all.  It wasn't enjoyable.  Unfortunately we were seeing the same thing last weekend.

I don't know if the developer's are listening.  Problem is, looking at their forums, there is 50/50 support or dissent from the movement style, and it is roughly what the developer's were wanting.  So this could be an ongoing disappointment.
