Re: Fng ™
Well I will be back playing when the clan are playing a game with rule's that are enforced, and that is actually enjoyable to play rather than a game where the rule is no intentional spawn killing, but it is never enforced so people can freely spawn rape with no admin enforcing the rule's of the server.
Medal Of Honor may be that game but as it is exactly the same as BFBC2 I doubt it will be that, as it is the same game by the same creators just a different name on the box. |

Re: Fng ™
I sympathise with you m8 but I'm of the opinion that you should just suck it up and deal with it. There is always a way round the spawnkillers and when you kill them it's great

Spawn die spawn die is undoubtedly frustrating. It will often make the game unenjoyable. Anyone who has the misfortune to suffer me on TeamSpeak will know when I'm having a bad time of that. But it is a particular factor of this game. Unlike many games that try and spawn players in neutral areas here you often have a choice of spawning on a team mate and they will be in the thick of the action. Whilst we do request that there is no base raping, if you don't spawn on a team mate you will spawn in you base. The attackers need to get out of there so defenders will do their utmost to pin them in. Vice versa the defenders base is the entire object of the attackers game and hence any defender in their home base will be targeted. Add to that the desire, perhaps from either side to theive their opponents vehicles and inevitably there will be players shooting at all parts of the maps. Ok you are concerned at whether we admin the server sufficiently. May be we don't do enough, but equally how heavy should we be? We have to abide by the over-riding rules of EA / DICE, fundamentally if it's part of the game it is allowed. http://www.killercreation.co.uk/foru...f-conduct-roc/ The biggest challenge to gameplay on BF:BC2 is that you really should play as a squad. Most of us even now play as individuals and frequently come unstuck as a result. Our recent match against =]KK[= was a good example of that. Regardless of your distrust of BF:BC2, it's a shame that you were not online a bit later in the evening when we swapped back to CoD4, a game I know you've enjoyed in the past. |

I'm sorry Damien because what I'm going to say is probably going to upset you and alienate both you and Bill but I believe in being honest with people. You really need to grow up and stop complaining mate its all you've done for a long time MW2 was crap, BFBC2 was going to be the dogs danglies and the saviour of PC gaming, BFBC2 is crap and MW2 is brilliant, your PC is crap and your only ever going to play on consoles in future yet later your out spending sums of money that most of the rest of us can only dream off. A few months ago MOH was going to be the new saviour but now your not so sure because its the same as BFBC2 You really need to take a step back, chill out and accept that in the scheme of things it doesn't matter what happens, spawn killing happens, base raping happens, being beaten by people better than you happens without them having to cheat, folks take the piss out of Rob, Impz and myself because we die a lot, we even take the piss out of ourselves, Rammy gets abused as the killer of servers without any real justification, but we all come back time after time for one simple reason, the whole thing is about having fun and I honestly think that deep down you've forgotten that mate, all your doing is stressing yourself all the time and that's a real shame because your missing out on so many laughs and we're missing your company.

Re: Fng ™
The problem is that BFBC2 is not enjoyable to play when you can't move more than 50 feet away from the spawn, and when you actually manage to get away from the spawn you have people flying round in chopper's waiting to kill you aswell.
I like the gameplay but I just hate the way that the game was made where you have no safe spot to spawn on either attack or defence. |
